Glasgow School of Art
is the oldest undergraduate art school in the world.
Designed by Charles Rennie Macintosh when he was
only 23, it remains a site of architectural pilgrimage
for architects and visitors from all over the world.
The studios, galleries and libraries are still used
for their original functions, and continue to educate
generations of brilliant young artists, designers
and architects (including some of those who are
involved in this development!). |
